Sensa24 is a remote health monitoring and alert system that can help you keep an eye on your elderly or ill family members while you are away. The system has individually adjustable measurement limits and a fall detector to help you keep up-to-date with your problematic situations so that your loved ones are safe.

The project is based on the concept of Medictrend Hungary Ltd., which aims to increase the knowledge of patients and the diagnostic possibilities of diseases. With Sensa24, an existing disease can be more easily monitored and controlled by the patient, a close relative and the attending physician.

The system interconnects data with smart devices – scales, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters – to a tablet and transmits them to the central server. The tablet communicates with the measuring devices via bluetooth and sends the data over the Internet. In each case it is possible to set individual measurement limits.

If a measurement value is too high or too low, up to 2 noted relatives will be notified via a call center. Alarm can also be sent automatically via the fall detector and manually by pressing the panic button.

By default, the web interface is an information page about the main features, benefits, and subscription options of the system. The two noted relatives are logged in through this page to check the regularly measured values.

The Sensa24 app was made as a native Android application. User-friendly design that is easy to use for the elderly, with larger tap surfaces and labels.
